I HAVE PURCHASED IT A YEAR AGO ,AND NOW IT HAS BEEN GIVING ME PROBLEMS. THE PRODUCT IS A \" STEAM IRON\" AND ITS NO. IS
MAX03 04089153. MY PROBLEM SHOULD BE SOLVED AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
i purchaged storage water heater 25 lts model shakti till purchaging it has become a problem due to leakage and lodged complains five times and four times its tank has been changed but the problem still exists.finally change the gyser otherwise no option except to go in consumer court

I had my geyser repaired by Ms. VS electricals on the 26 mar 2016 which is in gangenahalli cell no ********51 off no 080-23436428.
They have replaced the heating coil and the payment is done from my end for which i have a bill provided by them.
after fixing the geyser i turned it on to check whether its working or no, the result was within 30 to 40 seconds the heating light was turned off it was not working.
I informed the authorized dealer immediately the next morning to send a person to check and to do the need full he responded well and told it will be done by evening, since 3 days i have been calling this person he tells it will be done by after, in the after noon he says it will be done by evening, no person from his service centre has visited to check and solve the issue.
he does not answer his calls regularly his friends do it. Is this the service you people promise the customers after sales ?
replacing a new coil and still it does not work ?
Please contact the dealer and take necessary action or advice him to do the needful,
Hope bringing the issue to the company directly might help many other customers as well.....
