(A) I was a policy holder of two BSLI Vision Plan - GSB Policy No. 005286958 and 05260276 and tow premium was paid till 2013.
(B) Three more policy were sold to me with false promises of converting the old polices (See A) plus the accrued bonus and the new three policies into pension bond. It was told that I need not to pay any further premium of old and new policies too.
(C) Details of these three new policies are: 006356309, 006356224 and 006385440.
(D) I have not received any Bond as promised.
(E) Policies were sold on telephone from call center having the numbers recorded in my smart phone and caller as: Vivek Kumar,Sumit Acharys, Gautam Sharma, Megha, Ashish Gupta, etc. caller ID - 0********77, +********4305, 0********60, - 1409300609, e-mail-singhi66@yahoo.com
(F) Complaint lodged with BSLI for cancellation of all new policies in email: grivences@birlasunlife.com having referanceID: 37504990, 37504646, 37504796, 37504818, 37504986.
(G) Complaint also lodged with IRDA

(H) I have been cheated by the callers and the associated beneficiaries. The company, the agent and the caller how sold me the policies fraudulently adopted the unfair tread practices, and offender under the breach of trust and criminal conspiracy.

(I) I want refund of all premium paid, punishment of the concerned people, and corrective action of the system by the authority to arrest such malpractices in future.
