Dear Sir,

I bought Rexton RX-7 (UP32EU0088) from a company authorized service center – A Automovers, Faizabad Road, Lucknow in 2013. It was the first Rexton in our city, Lucknow.
Sir, this is to inform you that my car had an accident in February, 2014 and my car’s front right door and front bumper was damaged. I went to the A Automovers in Safedabad, Lucknow. They ordered the parts on 1st March 2014. And I paid them advance.
Sir, the problem is that from the last 07 days the parts of my car have not yet available to the workshop according to them. But they gave me 10 to 15 days times.
I keep calling them enough. And they keep saying daily come after 04 days.
Now, I am fed up these things. I have no option. So, I am complaining.
Sir, please take some serious action against this to maintain the Company status.
I will be very thankful and grateful to you, if you will look after this.
