My IFB front loading washing machine(Model ;-elite 5kg) purchased on
31/may/2008 in the AMC contract till 22/07/14 is the contention of
the complain.
A fortnight back, about 4 months back with issued complain no;- 10789991, I
reported a complaint(the main trips while the washing machine is working)
following which a repairman came after two days and claimed he
replaced the timer and the problem is cleared.But the very next day the
complaint reappeared.
So I issued a new complain and there was no response from the team.
When I contacted the cust care no. they said your complaint is marked "done" here
but none of the representative visited my home. The same procedure happened for
about 10 times and still there is no response from the team.
I am sorry to say that in spite of being assured of the prompt service
I am yet to see any result., which totally dissatisfy me as a consumer
and who up till now have been regarding the IFB product highly.
