This is regarding a incorrect delivery that has taken place in my case, where I had ordered a Canon Lens EF-S 18-135 mm IS with the order no # 100002042 on (27th July 2012), i received the delivery within a week, however the issue is that the delivered package contains a lens which was not what i had ordered, the box contains a EF-S 10-22 mm USM lens. I am constantly following up this case with the ImageStore support team through mails.

I would like to bring to your notice that it has been 3 months since I have placed an order # 100002042 with your official site for buying a canon EF-S 18-135 mm IS lens and I haven't got the correct order being delivered till date.

It took almost 2 months for your team to collect the wrong product (EF 10-12mm USM lens) back and it was finally collected by the support team on 26 September 2012.

Since this day I have been told that I shall be communicated to the earliest to update me with the status of the order but there have been no communications form your side.

I'm really disappointed by the way my complaints are treated. Not sure if its due to lack of effective management or a carefree attitude towards the customer.

Requesting you to please unlist ImageStore site from your official online store.

I was ordered canon printer on 26.11.13, but i was got a printer but not got,wrist watch or head set which are free wid canon printer i want both the product.
I was order priner by star CJ alive
