dear sir,
i have purchased one new 310 ltr refrigerator from BETTER DEALS on 24.10.10 wide invoice no 888 and when the co. engineer come to give the demo i found a huge dump in front door and on the side and as per the statement of the engineer i got the new one from the co. itself neither from the dealer this is not justified and he also told me that i got the new one within one week and as you are aware that tth diwali in on the head and in this case if i got the new refrigerator after the diwali it is of no use to buy on fesival . i follow up at the help desk of whirlpool but i didnt get any satisfied response neither they give me the complaint no. this is very unprofessional way to deal with a consumer .i need my new refrigerator in a day or two otherwise i want my money back .
kindly treat this matter as urgent and reply me thru mail or on my mobile no at 0********37.
