IFB Industries - i am not satisfied with your service

I bought an IFB washing machine in the year 2006 and ever since the machine though working well keeps moving violently, throbbing all the while and causing loud noise as well. Within 3 months i made a complaint to their customer care upon which a service person attended and suggested replacing the belt at a cost. I refused to pay as it was only 3 months of my buying the product. He went without attending any further. After a second complaint another service person came and suggested replacing the front rubber about which i was not convinced either. As the problem became unbearable i lodged yet another complaint upon which a service personnel came and suggested replacing bearings in the machine at a cost of about Rs.2500/-. Since by then the warranty period had expired i paid the amount but my problem persisted. So once again i lodged a complaint with customer care centre who in turn sent a service person who opined that the pistons of the said machine be replaced along with another accessory together which will cost about Rs.1500/. I just wondered at the remedy suggested by different service person for the same defect and promised to make payment on condition that the i ensure the defect is rectified in full after verifying beyond doubt in about a week's time after replacement of the said spares. The service person demanded payment upfront which i refused. I therefore i seek to get the defect in the washing machine corrected immediately as owing to violent movement of machine and vibration other parts of the machine are getting affected thereby making the wear and tear in double quick time.

IFB Managers - your product is good.. but service people will ensure your brand get damaged in some time
I have logged a complaint - not a minor one - water leakage from the bottom, and hence no operation possible.. I am calling up multiple numbers, multiple times, complaint no. 9213751, more than 6days.. every day new promised date.. and your Service Manager, whose number was given by the call centre Mr. Kenneth********24 - today he smartly stopped answering calls also...
Hope someone is listening..!!
Sorry to see a great brand being spoiled by a few handful employees
