After the Service Center resolution : they put the phone in testing for 5 days after 5 or 7 day i went to service center and they asked to password. than what types testing they do well known
they again installed a new software and after that no any update is taken by my mobile all other services are working and it seems it can be a pirated software , call block and other services stooped automatically update and other update is on but still i am living with old phone update i can not update my phone by Microsoft. all after 4 times software installation of my phone.
And also none provide me a photocopy of job sheet to me after requesting.

it is very disappointed to me , This will be my seven time on Nokia care center if i go. it is very irritating to me.
Could you please help me in this case or escalate the issue to next level.
