I perchased a JUICER branded SHEFFIELD from CJ on line on 19 Aug 2013 for Rs 2000/- & the same received but the same stoped working after useing 3 times after the perchased.I brought notice to the same to CUSTOMER CARE STAR CJ & SHEFFIELD Company on mtelephone no 022-26861239 . Company told me there is no workshop at DEHLI so cannot be rectified.After that I contacted to STAR CJ help line no but did not get any responce.Rs 2000/ spent by me has gone wastage due to this.
I request to STAR CJ TO PL GET IT RECTIFIED/REPAIRED or CHANGE THE SAME PRODUCT.

I perchased a Ubislate 7c+ (ROI) branded DATAWIND from CJ on line on 07 Mar 2014 for Rs 5499/- & the same received on 12 Mar 14 but the same prduct I start them but system stoped working and hang out by opening the setting the system hang out after useing 3 times after the perchased.I brought notice to the same to CUSTOMER CARE STAR CJ Company on telephone no 1860-500-1860 . Company told me there is no replacement processer to talk to 01********0 but nobody pick the phone.After that I contacted to STAR CJ help line no but did not get any responce.Rs 5499/ spent by me has gone wastage due to this.
I request to STAR CJ TO PL give me same amount.

I never thought that STar CJ will do this type of mistake.I suggest Suri to lough a complain with CONSUMER COURT so that you will get your money back being faulty product. I also warned my all friends not to perchase any thing from Star CJ.com.

It is very bad that STAR CJ IS doing like this. I request all of my friends not to perchased/take any product from STAR CJ ,otherwise in trouble.This I am going to put on FACEBOOK if not listen.
