Tele Buy - I am not satisfied with your product delivery service

Am seen this company advertisement in TV shows and than I called them and ordered the some product when they says me two option is there for payment 1.Cash on delivery 2.Debit or Credit Card payment. Am there in Chennai but product going to my native so that am ask them to credit card payment option they says me in this option I want give my credit card number and expiry date not require your cvv or pin number and also he was says me the fund will debited form your card only on the product delivery time we are getting one signature when we submitted that in to the bank than only fund will be detected form your card but when I was given details to them immediately my fund debited I got message form concern bank also than I called to them why now it self fund debited they says tele caller given a wrong commitment to you sir. Finally am ok with the payment when the product going to delivered they says me next working day and then they send message saying that this is your order number and some delivery person number and next day evening I called to that person when was product going to delivered he say no persons available sir so we will deliver the product an tomorrow. But even next day also they didn't called me finally I called him what is status again they says me no delivery person available and I called to Chennai office asked they tolled me we deliver the product in Chennai but not even they are called me again next day morning I called the Chennai office I clearly tolled to them am going to meet my lawyer regarding the issue and we file case against the company after that only they say me with in 10m they will call me. The first call I got from them they say me we delivery the product with in todays evening and than I called to the Pondichery Office what about the delivery they told me it was moved to Salem office and than I got call from the salem office saying that your product is there in our hand we delivery the product and tomorrow. I told if product is not delivery with in today I don't want that product am directly going tomorrow to the court. Salem sales manager told at any cost we will delivery the product today but still I didn't receive the product. My request is the saviour action should taken against the Pondichery Tele Buy Manager in form they are internally they can do that or by a court.
