1) Recently I am purchased a brand new Honda active.
2) rear shock absorber is very low quality.
3) After sitting two person, it completely sits down & rapidly gives noise.

Further to my job card complaint number 4472, 2739 complaining a gap between cover handle {rear and front}. In regard to my compliant I received and explanations furnishing that those vehicles having shield [extra fitted } will not be entertained and cannot be ratified from our end .
Later from my some friends circle I came to know that those vehicle which doesn’t having shield, same trouble occurring.
I am using another vehicle for the last 9 years which is shield fitted doesn’t having the above mentioned complaint
Hence I request you to kindly do the need full to rectify my compliant, expecting that you will give all the priority to my request.
