I purchased whirlpool washing machine model no 11820 dated 04.02.2011 from RAJAT ELECTRONICS old connaught place,DEHRADUN.i am not satisfied with your product and with your services from 1.5year. After every 2months there is a problem with the spin tub dryer.

Yesterday I registered my comlaint but no one has come to fulfill the complaint,on 11.07.2012 spin tub motor was changed ,but unfortunately again the same problem with spin tub dryer.iam facing the same problem again and again. .yesterday after complaining to the service centre.I received msg thatmy complain has been alloted to sunil negi and he will be calling me shortly but there was no call from Mr negi . I gave a call to mr negi he said he will come at 6pm i waited for him till 6;5o and gave him a call at 7pm then he said he will not come. As I and my wife both are working so I request Mr.negi to come tomorrow 29.7.12 first he said he will come tomorrow and instantly he said I will not come tomorrow you can give a call to service centre to send another service eng for the service and he disconnected the call. After that Igave a call to Service centre. I had a conversation with a girl working in a service centre. I told her about my problem and about Mr. negi. she said she will talk with Mr.negi and will call me back but no one gave me a call. Today again I have registered my complain and hoping that sales eng will give me a call and will come for the service tomorrow.
