Sir,
I bought a Swipe Halo Value ( Sr. No. RVSRN1307STR00004) with Calling facility Tab having IMEI No. ********0504549- 911 3000 5053 4546 from G R Enterprises, Fort Mumbai vide Cash Invoice No. GR13-14/170/13 on 17th June 2013. Since I am residing here at Banswara ( Rajasthan) on returning back to home I surprisingly found that its sound system is not working .Then I called up Customer Care Service ( Number 1800 1038 038 ) . They suggested me to go to Service Centre M/s Star Computers , b/h Collectorate , Banswara ( Contact Number ********25) Had met with Service Engineer and handed over complete set( including box) with copy of Cash Invoice on 2nd July 2013 with an impression that replacement would be made within 15 -20 days. But nothing concrete been done. After several visits to Service Centre and numbers of phone calls on 21st August, 2013 Customer Care guy informed me that they have shipped my Tab and probably I’ll get latest by 25th August, 2013.

On 26th August 2013 I again met the service engineer at Star Computers , Banswara ( service centre) . The first reaction of his was that although he got the piece but it is not functioning properly and there might some display problem associated with PCB please give me another 10-12 days I have to send it back again to Jaipur . I was stunned .I fail to understand if a particular part is not working how they have dispatched defective piece.

Yesterday on 10th September, 2013 I again spoke with some lady at Customer Care No. 1800 1038 038 ) she assured me that she will locate my tab and would inform personally before 6:30 PM but no phone call received. As no response received I was compelled to visit Service Centre where he informed that now sound is ok, display is also ok but still there is some defect remain in the set , charging system is not working . It is really disgusting . After a long time , vigorous follow ups and phone calls why swipe fellows not taking this seriously Now I want the replacement.. Please would expect an immediate solution to this.

I here by request also to take action legally and help me to get back my cost as well as compensation for wrong promises and wasting the time of mine giving harassment.
