Respected Sir,

I brought your Karbonn Company Mobile purchased by 12.04.10. Mobile purchased by your dealer M/s. Cell International, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600034. Model No: K-661. IMEL No: 354********5359. Battery No.4661A100006486
Purchase date itself camera not clearance & over heating problem, after 1 month back touch screen not working. So I gave my mobile to your service centre M/s. Cell Tech. Shop no.8, 1st floor, Cisons Complex, 150, Montieth Road, Egmore, Chennai- 600008. Contact no.044-42638372. Service person Mr. Ram (Contact no: ********51) is attended my complaint and My Service job sheet no.090, date: 03.06.10. Mr. Ram told me to wait 10days. After 15days (date: 18.06.10) I make a call to your service centre. Your Service person told me still i could not yet any spare material, so please give me 2days time. After 4days (date: 22.06.10) again I call your service centre, your service person told me now only got the spare i change the spare and check it and give to you within 2days. After 4days back (date: 26.06.10) again I make a call to your service centre, but no one pickup my call. So (date: 28.06.10) I go to your service centre directly, your service person said I finished putting your spare and now it is in checking so please be wait 2days (30.06.10) if it ok means i contact and inform to collect your mobile from me. 01.07.10 at 10.00am the service person call me and collect your mobile from service centre, that same day I went to service centre at 4.30pm. The service person Mr. Ram gave my mobile and said in my mobile have water, so we can’t rectify the problem and he talks vulgar words.
After the service person Mr. Ram said don’t ask me. You ask him to Mr. Siva Kumar (Contact no: ********82) he is another service person, but Mr. Siva Kumar said ask our senior mechanic Mr. Murugan (Contact no: ********5). Mr. Murugan said our service machine what they told that’s the reason we cannot do anything.
Then I went to mobile shop where I purchase. The shop person gave me a Karbonn Distributed Mr. Sheason. And I talk with Mr. Sheason, but he give a another contact person. Mr. Babu (Karbonn Authorized Sales & Service) Contact no: ********29. 06.07.10 I talk with Mr. Babu your service machine not giving correct response and talking vulgar words. Mr. Babu told me I rectify your problem as soon as within 3 to 4days and he said to meet Mr. Siva Kumar. At that same day I meet Mr. Siva Kumar told me to wait 2 to 3 days I rectify the problem and I contact to you. So I am waiting 10 to 15 days for Mr. Siva Kumar call, but he never call me. Next day I directly went to Service Centre and ask him to Mr. Siva Kumar. But he said still now I could not yet spares materials, I could not do anything so you ask him Mr. Babu. But Mr. Babu could not pick my call and no more call from your Karbonn Service side still date.
Your Service is very very poor. So please kindly do any serious action otherwise give me a new mobile only.
I am waiting for your reply mail or contact from your side within 24hrs, otherwise I going to Consumer Court.
