I purchased N6700slide mobile from Nokia priority centre, Alappuzha on 25/08/2010 in the name of my wife. But within 1 month itself it becomes overheat on body while on speech. I went to the shop, but they told it is quite natural because of the metal body. Some days later I want to disconnect an unwanted call but it was not done by using the switch off key and sometime the phone was automatically switched off and it will only be switched on when the battery is removed and reinstalled or start charging and we can't on by using the power on key. The system was given to the Nokia care centre, Alappuzha on 7/10/2010 for repairing. They told to wait for near 1 month for repairing and they said it sent to Delhi head office for further proceedings. After some days I went there and they didn’t give any correct answer to me. They are working in the customer care office of Nokia. But they are not giving any care for the customer and they are thinking they are the most important persons and the customers are the useless fellows. I am writing this letter to inform you that I have purchased the system for my daily use that I am working far away from my home. So I can’t wait for at least 2 weeks. So kindly make necessary arrangement for repairing the system or otherwise it would be replaces as early as possible. I am attaching herewith the copy of bill and the jobsheet.
