I have purchased a vehicle Honda active in August 2014. I have paid the full consideration amt to the dealer. He has purchased the vehicle from Via Via. The main dealer is Hem Agencies. Till date the passing of our vehicle is not done & our Vehicle is not in use. We requested the Hem Agencies to provide us the documents but he is not ready to do so. Pls help us in getting the documents
