I have purchased a new WagonR CNG on 05-Jun-2011 from your showroom but I am not happy with the car provided. It seems that its an Old Car. When I purcased the car it is having the below mentioned issues.

Alignment & Balancing was not there
CAR is making unecessary Noise
The car ignition automatically stops after 1 or 2 Km
While Applying breaks the break is making noise

After 15 days I have given the CAR for first service with the above mentioned issues & all the issues was not sorted out. Still the below mentioned issues were there after handing the CAR back to me.

Power Window Socket is broken & this was also informed at the time of serivce.
CAR AC not working even after paying charges for the same

Then again I have given my CAR for 2nd Services with the above mentioned issues & still the same issues are there which are mentioned below.

It seems that this is not a new CAR which has been given to me. I am surprised to see such thing as it is for the first time happened to me. I am your loyal customer since ages as previously I was having Maruti 800, then I have purchased WagonR & currently I am owning Swift D-Zire & new WagonR. Also it is very difficult to give the CAR everytime for the same issues again & again.
