The billing system is not working properly since more than last two years.
Always wrong arrears come in Water bills due to delay posting of payments and every time while depositing the bills your staff members ask for the photocopy of all old paid invoices; and then they correct it manually.
This a harassment for a good customer who pay bill timely.
Specially your Najafgarh staff (cashier also) is very rood and mischievous and ill-mannered even with ladies.
