i am regular customer of your bank from 3 years . i have a limite of 3 lakhs. i haven"t broken any installment of my limite. But i am not able to understand the rule of your interest that how much percent you are charging on me you have said that you will charge only 7% interest but you are charging 14% why .Is this fare? see it is very wrong and when i went to manger of your bank V.K batra he said you have to pay Rs39000 as a interest and when i asked him that at what rate he has made the interest and he hasn't tell me .and then i went next day he said that you have to pay only Rs22000 rest Rs 16000 have been paid by bank . is this is a rule of your bank . so i am not satisfied with your facility.this bank is runned by only the cheaters not by the honest people.Other govt. banks are giveing limite at only 7% with 2% debate but your bank is also applying extra charges like lager follio ,inspection charges etc.what are this charges .can you please explain that how much interest is charged on me and what is the percentage of interest which is charged on me .according to 7% of interest i have to pay only Rs10500 only but manger says that you have to pay Rs39000 for interest so please pay attention toward my problem and give me better solution
