I have top load whirlpool washiong machine.I registered complaint with them in july 2010,there service person came & said that the machine pcb is not working,I got that replace by paying 7 having receipt as proof,then again I lodged complaint again teir service person came & failed second time to find out the problem,then after 2&a half month later they took machine to their service centre located in sec-16 faridabad & dignosed that another part (motor) isn't working they replaced it too.Despite thjat my machine isn't working & i feel that i have been cheated by them.
