My Idea Mobile No. is ********04 for which you had sent the Bill for the period 12-04.12 to 11-05-12 including

GPRS charges Rs. 477.24 for 23844.81 Volume used.

I wanted to bring to your kind notice that I had not used the same as I had just using the mobile without any Internet

Facility, mainly group & other calling only. I had registered the complaint for deactivating the GPRS on 17.05.12 & my

Complaint No. is 21222423.

I am paying all the Bills on or before due date & satisfied with the service and now also ready to pay the Bill but excluding

GPRS charges as I am very sure, I had not used the same.

Please let me know the status and delete the charges for GPRS & send me the revised bill to pay the same before due date

i.e. 27.05.2012.
