My name is Venkateswara Rao, I bought new TVS XL SUPER HEAVY DUTY
45 days back,yesterday only i went for first service at SAIRAM
Authorised service center vuyyuru-521165(contact-********49) near
Vijayawada,krishna district, Andhra Pradesh(where i bought bike)But
after completion of service , when i reached home, i am facing same
problems again with bike, technician, he is behaving seriously and
very rudely with customers, he is showing his work pressure on
customers. i explained all problems to technician, But he is not
listening, he is servicing very carelessly, simply he is changing
engine oil that's it. he is not servicing related to problems of bike.
he is taking advantage from rural people. my home village is so far
away from tvs showroom how can i go or return to showroom again or day
by day immediately If technician is not repairing accurately. I'm one
of the customer who will resolve My problem regarding bike, after
servicing only I'm getting more dangerous engine sound compared to
previous situation.

Yesterday i giving to shanthi agency shimoga karnataka for 5th free service. my bike is RTR 160 ka 14 em 6180 for reason minor service but it's not satisfied To Me because my complent is not clear after service so plz talk To your service manager for clear my complent otherwise will go to further actions

i requested to say that the laxmi tvs service advisor is not good . he and she is not listenening customers problems... worst advisor in the laxmi tvs .In future i will never come to tvs service centre..
