I was traveling from Palasa to vijayawada, I found unauthorised persons were allowed to use the toilet of upperclass waiting room, which result unhealthy in waiting room, but cleaned after verbal complaint, but need to verify the allowing unauthorised people in the toilet in upperclass. the keeper refused to give the complaint register. request initiate action.
