Signature Crest - I am not satisfied with the services provided

Not providing services to the mark and very poor customer service.
Have taken Signature Crest membership for 3 years by paying Rs.22,000 through Credit Card lump sum, though we had agreed for EMI based membership.
After membership were taken the company have never follow up or have updated our status to us through mail our phone.
We were given partly coupons and were supposed to give rest in near term, but have not taken any initiative in this regard.
However when we approached them they told us that our membership is expired and it can’t be updated for next term since it is unused totally.
When contacted for availing services in person, were assured of full co-operation in utilizing membership. Accordingly we placed a request for booking well in advance as per norm. But were informed that all hotels across Mumbai & Maharashtra are booked. When we check the availability through ClearTrip.com it showed the rooms are available, when enquired about the same with Signature Crest they have preferred not to answer mail.
