About 3 months back I had informed to Mr. Mahesh in regard with slow filteration of water i.e., 1 litre in about 12hours.

For which he had come after several reminders after 11 days and said that the filter is to be changed. so the next second day he brought and changed them and left.

Later when the water was not coming from the system I had again called and told him in regard for the same for which he said he would copme and look into the matter.Even after repeated reminders he never bothered to turn up for 3 1/2 weeks giving lame excuses every time I had called.

I had been forced to call another service person to check on . when they found out that the UV bulb is missing and also the leak was present in the bends due to which the adapter had fused and was to be replaced. Water logging was present and there was lot of slush inside the system. Such was the condition when the system was opened.

When Mr.Mhesh was questioned on phone in regard of the UV bulb he then tells me that he had informed to me on phone in regard with the bulb. In any case I would have asked him to replace it which did not happen.Now he wants to come and look into the comlpaint. after all these days. Such is the attitude of the service personnel you have.Try to keep a check on such people.There had been no receipt issued by Mahesh or even replaced the Uv bulb. Is your policy to take away the parts of the system without the knowledge of the customer or even issuing a receipt.
