WE HAD BEEN USING LG MICROWAVE (MODEL ME767W) PURCHASED ON 13/09/2008. WE ALSO GOT OURSELVES ENROLLED WITH THE LG HAPPY LIVING PLAN FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE SAME WHICH IS VALID TILL 2014. RECENTLY 2 MONTHS BACK OUR MICROWAVE STOPPED FUNCTIONING AND WE CALLED THE SERVICE CENTER FOR HELP. THE SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE TOOK OUR COMPLAINT AND SAID THAT A PART IS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDS REPLACEMENT, WE ASKED THEM TO REPLACE THE SAME BUT THEY FAILED TO DO SO AS PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE WITH THEM. WHEN WE ASKED BY WHAT TIME THE SAME WILL BE REPAIRED THEY SAID THAT OUR MACHINE IS OLD AND SAID PART IS NO MORE AVAILABLE. THEN WE LODGED COMPLAINT OVER THE INTERNET ON THEIR WEBSITE STILL NO SOLUTION WAS RECEIVED FROM THEM. ITS VERY SURPRISING HOW CAN THEY ENROLL A PRODUCT FOR LG HAPPY LIVING PLAN WHICH THEY DECLINE TO REPAIR. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HELP AS I AM FACING A LOT OF TROUBLE WITHOUT THE MICROWAVE.
