IndiGo Airlines - I am not satisfied with the service of Indigo Airline at ticket booking stage

I booked 03 tickets through AMEX credit card (IVR method) on 22.04.14. During the process I got SMS from AMEX that an amount of Rs.12705/- was charged to my card fvg. Indigo. The Indigo person attending to my call told me that payment was not confirmed in their system but gave confirmation of my booking and gave me PNR No. NY9TRQ. She told me that such things happen and not to worry. She was forwarding the details to concerned department of the Airlines who in turn will get in touch with AMEX and sort out the issue in the next 24-48 hrs. Thereafter, confirmed itinerary will be mailed to me. But as was not getting the itinerary I was ahaincalling the Airlines. Everytime they were saying that not to worry, the issue will be solved in the next 24 hrs. Finally, on 01.05.14 the gentleman who took my call from Indigo was kind enough to send me the itinerary. To my shock the itinerary sent to me showed 'NOT CONFIRMED'. I called back again and got the answer that money has not come from AMEX. I immediately contacted AMEX and they confimed that my card has been charged fvg Indigo and gave me the approval No. and advised me to share the approval No. with the Airlines. I again contacted Indigo on 02.05.14 and my call was attended by one person named Shiva. He said that he can not take the approval No. I wanted to talk to his supervisor or somebody higher up to which he contacted some Ms.Sridevi (supervisor), who refused to come on line and talk to me. Instead she advised me through Shiva that I should log me complaint to their customercare through mail.
Now after so much call and wastage of time and money on useless calls to Indigo, there is no change in the statusquo. What for these people attending calls and their useless supervisors who dont have the bare minimum confidence to talk to customers.

I WANT MY CONFIRMED ITINERARY AGAINST PNR NY9TRQ FOR WHICH I WAS CHARGED RS.12705/- BY AMEX IN FAVOUR OF INDIGO.
