I had booked \"sauna belt\" on phone (********30), as I saw advertisement of sauna belt on tv of teleshop. But when I got the courier of my belt, It was broken and free gifts are with fake names like \"yoko height increaser\" with the name \"oka\" and a power saver, and when I call them they are not receiving. What should I do ?

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back or they should give the right products.
