Blackberry India Redington - I am not satisfied with the Blackberry Q5 and after sale service.

I purchased one Blackberry Q5, Since I purchased it, there are problems: Over heat, the battery can be only used around 8 hours. I sent it to service center in Begumpet Hyderabad, they checked and said I have sim card problem, but when I changed the sim card, found the sim tray not working properly. The service guy damaged my sim tray while they checked the phone.
While afterwards I sent the phone to their service center, they kept the phone and sent to head office. But finally did nothing and damaged camera of the phone this time. But when I complaint about the camera can not start issue, they just said they can do nothing, because of the sim tray broken already, it is physical damage by customer.
I totally can not understand why the phone company and after sale service did things like this, I can not imagine how a good reputation company did this to their customer. I am totally disappointed about the things happened. I checked online, there are a lot of customers who have the same problem of their Blackberry Q5 problem"your cam can not be started". This is a disaster experiences of my purchasing a phone. I swear to god I will never purchase or let my surroundings to purchase this brand again. It does not worth.
