We take a Packaage of 32000.00 from Saiint Travels for Srinagar/Gulmarg/Sonmarg and Amarnath visit.
Package was for 2 Passengers and from 11/07/2012 to July 15/07/2012.
The company promised us helicpter ticket(From Baltal to Panchtarni ) of 8.30AM-930 AM shedule.
But what we actually got is frustrated .The agent (Mr Sandeep Goel) delvered ticket the 11.45 Pm in the night of 12/07/2012.We have to visit amarnath on 13/07/2012 morning.And more to our frustration we got the time of 14.45 PM.We have to wait more then 8 hours at Baltal .That delay causes our amarnath visit from 1 day to 2 days.
We requested the agent to araange our Gulmarg visit next day,but he he declined it.
There hotels were of poor quality .
We were promised to night stay on 12/07/2012 at Sonmarg hotel ,when we reached there we find that agent has not booked the room. The ncharge of hetel told that room was booked on 11/07/2012.
We were there for almost 1 hour in rain ...not decided where to go & what to do.
We had to left for srinagar for 90 minutes extra journey.
Agent (Mr Sandeep Goel at sri nagara)was not co-operating at all.
I will request to all peolpe, nevar take package from Saint Travel Services.
They make false promise and do not resoponse ur call when u need their support.

Services provided by helicopter companies are beyond the control of any travel agency. We communicate what is told to us. Delay, if there was any, was due to heavy rush for amarnath yatra by the pilgrims and problems if there were any were from the local handling agent in Srinagar.
Also, the company has taken initiatives to stand against the organiser Mr. Sandeep of Desh Pardesh Travels and a complaint with respect to their services was duly lodged with the Ministry of Tourism, J&K.
Complete arrangements of the trip was outsourced to Mr Sandeep Kaul, owner of M/s Desh Pardesh Travels located at Jammu and having its office at Srinagar. When discussed with the him with respect to the complaints received by us, he refused to listen to anyone and thereby forced saint travel services to complain to tourism authority for which the response is still awaited...
We would infact suggest never to utilize the services of the m/s Desh Pardesh tours of J&k.
