Hello Sir,(to whomsoever it may concern)
I TAHER KARJATWALA wanted to tell you that i have given my karbonn mobile under warranty for repairing on 18/07/13 to a authorized service centre for karbonn mobiles in F-TECH services,Shivajinagar, Pune which was just purchased on 01/07/13 and for that i hold the bill for the same(job sheet no.KJASPMH180713K9554,IMEI NO (1) ********3410157 and IMEI NO (2) ********3410165).the authorized service person said it is operating system fault ,so he installed the same,but after that also the problem in handset remains the same(i.e handset is hanged as and when used), so, next time again i went ,but to the next authorized service centre of karbonn RELIABLE ENTERPRISES,Shop No-10,'A'Wing,Jai Ganesh Vision,Akurdi,Pune (on 3/8/13,Receipt no-2164) and this person assured me that in 2 days your problem in handset will be cleared,but, when,i went on 2nd day he said the problem is not traceable by us we will send this handset back to the company and you will get your handset backed in 15 days,but since then i so many time contacted the person of Reliable Enterprises he is not giving any satisfied answer in this regard. around 3 months have passed in all but karbonn mobile company is not ready to clear my problem .
In short know i want to say that i want that the company should replace me the handset or Refund back my money including the loss suffered by me during this period due to none availability on mobile handset .
