I HAVE PURCHASED I10 FROM KC HYUNDAI JAMMU ON 9TH MARCH 2014. FIRSTLY I HAVE FACED MANY DIFFICULTIES REGARDING DELIVERY OF VEHICLE. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE COMMIT ME ON BOOKING RECEIPT THAT YOU WILL GET RS 3000 AS CORPORATE DISCOUNT, RS 10000 AS LOYALTY ADDITIONS , INSURANCE, SEAT COVERS, CAR BODY COVER STEERING COVER. BUT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY THEY REFUSED FOR RS 3000 AS CORPORATE DISCOUNT AND RS 7500 AS LOYALTY ADDITION INSTEAD OF RS 10000. AS I WAS REALLY ANNOYED WITH THEIR COMMITMENTS I SAID OK AND THEY CALCULATED MY DISCOUNT AND TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE RS 6560 WITH US AND WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 2 DAYS. BUT TILL NOW THEY HAVEN'T CALL ME AT ONCE REGARDING THIS OR EVEN TRIED TO CONTACT ME. I CALLED SO MANY TIMES BUT THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE SO BUSY IN PICKING MY CALLS. THEN AFTER I CALLED OUR CALL CENTER AND THEY GIVE ME REGIONAL OFFICE NUMBER WHERE I CALLED SO MANY TIMES BUT RESULTS ARE SAME. PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO. CAN I APPROACH TO CONSUMER FORUM?
