I have not received a single subscription of outlook copies for past 3 months( precisely from 15th Aug). This is a such a disgrace to an institution like Outlook. The urgency the sales guys show while renewing subscription is not at all there while addressing concerns. All your assurance of talking to relevant postal authorities to sort out the problem is just an eyewash. I intend to take this with consumer forum as this is a straight cut case of poor customer service and grievance redressal system that you have in place. I have chain of e-mails as proof which I will furnish when asked for. Subscription no is OL-465667.
