From Order No. 180141 I purchse an camcorder from Naaptol in Feb 2010 and I find this product partially defective. By suggestion of Naaptol I sent it to

on 18 March 2010 and it delivered on 22 March 2010 to maxis Technology on the basis of couriers PUD. I sent a scanned copy of PUD, copy of Letter to Maxis technology and scanned copy of courier\'s receipt on 17 May 2010 to renu.malik@naaptol.com; naaptol ; naaptol
But till date (22 May 2010) the customer care exective of Naaptol told me that when they found my courier, they will send back my product within 7 to 10 day.
After 18 March 2010 I called more that 35 times and sent feedback more that 10 times, but there is no responce from Naaptol.
I think after selling there product, they don\'t take interest to provide help. I search on intenet about service of Naaptol, I find more that 100 cases like me.
Plz help.
