Godrej India - I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY GODREJ AC MODEL G3 AND SERVICE PROVIDED

Sir/Madam,
It is submitted that i bought one Godrej Brand AC(1.6 tons) G3 Model from Satlej Enterprises sector 35 chandigarh on 16/4/09. Actually a stall was exhibited by Satlej Enterprises at Coolex organised by CII at Kisan Bhavan Sector 35 chandigarh in month of april 2009,where they displayed the specialities of their product and also committed very fine service quality by providing three free services with my AC.Being Impressed i booked one AC from them. But it was shocking for me that just before completing 3 months or on july 15 my AC started problem in cooling and was producing unnecessary noises which were very odd one and also started emitting foul smell. On dated 8-7-09 i called the agency regarding regular free service and they insured that their technician will do the job after 24 hours . No one approached me after that . On july 9/7/09 i had several guests at home and i requested them again and again for sending the technicians but no one approached again. You can imagine that in the period of scorching heat there was no one to check my AC. I was so insulting for me and my family that all my guests including two small children, my wife and my small daughter(3.5 years) spent those days in peak summer season even with the availability of only AC at home. On friday dated 10-7-09 above dealer sent wrong technicians(from LG Company) as per their mistake against my request ID N9C******** Dated 9/7/09 who denied to check Godrej brand AC.. Again i called them several times from my mobile phone spending several rupees . On saturday they again entered my request on new account . On saturday dated 11-7-09 i visited their premises to requst personally and they assured again that our man is on the route and approached in late evening. No one approached me till monday and calling again and again they sent their technicians in the evening. Their technicians stated that the gas system of system is severely defected and AC is working like refrigerator as its gas pipes were turning frozen inhibiting further flow of gas to cool. As i know as layman it was so dangerous condition because Compressor can blast like bomb as recently happened in new delhi where a technician died. After seeing there technicians went back and no one bothered much to cintact me again. After monday i was calling them again and again but all in vain. In parrallel correspondance i also called to Godrej Helpline No 0172-********, where they registered my formal complaint on 14-7-09 after calling many times and complaint no given was 286347 dated 14-7-09 and replied that our campany engineer will approach you after 24 hours. No one from company or dealership camte me till friday dated 17-7-09. When i called company again and again they were replying our man is on the route and they will approach you shortly and on friday they replied that we dont have any responsibility to depute our technician as its a duty of SATLEJ ENTERPRISES who sell the product. I visited personally on 18-7-09 to Satlej after calling several time and requested them to send the technician then they send one man to pick my AC from home to workshop. On the evening of 17-7-09 they delivered my ac however the cooling was OK but i was shocked to see that front fins of my new ac was misshaped while transport of above agency. I asked the person who was on duty to deliver the ac back and he told that it will not effect the working of AC .
I want to request that merely achieving less than three months tha Cooling system of AC is dis functioned and i cant trust more than how longer this repaired machine can work as compared to newer ones after completing one year of warranty. So i am not in condition to do faith on Godrej and Satlej who provided me defected Ac and very poor service and harassed me and my family a lot. So i can only compromise on delivery of new AC . Its is also important that i have paid them for new ac for that i am paying the installments every month. So i want new AC in turn.
