LG Electronics India - I am not satisfied with LG after sales service

I have launched a complaint on LG customer care India about my microwave showing "E-10" error while switching it on.This complaint was launched on 19th December 2010 and every time I asked for the status of the complaint the answer is that the Part is not available and last week it was complete mess when a Guy called Balaji told that the part of Microwave which needs to be replaced is available now and you will get the microwave working by last Saturday..but still no technician came to replace that...Would like to know if this kind of service is provided by LG then we have to think many more times to..
