For complaints against lenovo customer care executive named ankit and shrivastav( something like that) regarding service and behaviour .

I have lenovo laptop g570
But unfortunately my invoice is not uploaded on pop@lenovo.com and they both are saying me that ur model is out of warranty. So tell me that out of warranty customers are not valuable for lenovo.
If so not then yesterday only when I called on same number for same issue. One lady had given me all details and also was ready to show me procedure of data backup and formation of laptop.
But unfortunately at that time I was not having laptop. So I called today and ur executive named ankit dropped
call without listening me. And on the other way another executive had also refused me to tell m the process.

So kindly request you to check the online recording and transaction history from ur system of number I mentioned above. Time and date was
Around 12.30 p.m to 2 .p.m on 25/4/14.
My request is to penalise both above executive s.
My question is that they were saying that yesterday that lady had given u information as she was new..
Ain't this is funny ?
did they provide me correct information. ?
I still want to know the procedure of taking backup of data and drivers and os and to format it.

Otherwise I will suggest to all in my circle that not to go for lenovo. .....
And if not possible kindly provide me mail address of your higher level personnel
