I am Nilesh Jha from Dombiwali Kalyan , Thane. I have purchased a Kent Perl RO Water Purifier from a retailer named Reliance digital on 19-Nov-2013.

It stopped working after 3 hours installation done on 23-nov-2013. I have booked a complaint on same days but No body attended the complaint still .

I have also mailed raising the same issue to service@kent.co.in. Till date no body responded to that mail.

Now I have no other option to file a consumer case against Kent.
