I went to watch "how to train your dragon -2" today , i.e 21/06/14 at INOX -HIGHLAND PARK in kolkata. Two.Two tickets were bought,price was inr 200 total.Each ticket costs inr 100. While i gave a 500 rupee note , the lady in the counter said she cannot give change , which is absurd.on insisting , she said that if we take a combo meal along with it , she can provide me the change.It is plain and simple harassment.
FAME WAS MUCH BETTER , INOX provides utterly disappointing service. They simply want to sell their combo meals which is ridiculously high priced forcefully.

The employee at the ticket counter named shahid is very rude and was very unprofessional despite of us talking toh him kindly he continued to insult me and my friend and had no way of talking to the customers. Which I find is that it is rather offensive and unprofessional and should be taken care of.
