my experience which I m sharing with indigo airlines is so annoying. I booked a flight ticket on 28 Jan 2014 morning flight. Unfortunately on the way to airport my car met an accident, the incident happened around 3.45 am in between that though I was emotionally very much disturbed and I made a call to the airline directly around 4 am and I spoke with a lady to cancel my ticket and she confirmed it will be cancelled. But when I reached at Jaipur airport and ask for refund at indigo booking counter the indigo employee refuse for refund and told that my ticket was not cancelled.
So I m requesting you to please refund my money after all their charges.
