I had ordered a Macbook Air for Rs 51,999/- on jan 9th 2015 through online payment with SBI debit card on eshop12.com owned by JPrakash Sharma.I still haven't got the product nor have I received the amount.The person is not responding to my calls and my emails.He has been absconding.The seller site was advertised on Junglee owned by Amazon.I have the proof of payment to eshop12 through my debit card and a copy of confirmation of the same from eshop12.I kindly request you to book a criminal case against(FIR) eshop12 company owners,nab the fraudsters and get back my money.We are a middle class family and this has become a crisis to us.So I kindly request you to solve the case as soon as possible.
