sri this is a stanilaus john uesing yur service , i want to give a complait against yur airtel agents, first of all today 19-7-2012,i was chating with my wife on phn so after twenty mesages thy charged me 1rupee per mesage and that also i dint get any mesage that thy r
charging me , so i called yur call center in hyd so one person answerd me and tld that due to techenical problem that was hapen so he mentiond me that from yur airtel they wil refund me the money that is 20rupees in 4 hours nw whn i cslled again to yur c s c so they told that m not in any mesages offer y i asked so he tld not activated so i told se i have done day before yesterday so he told no so i asked transver this cal to supervisor so he disconnected my cal , again i called yur c s c so one girl answered she tld sir yur number is activated for mesages offer so i told se mam in morning one of yur agent told me due to techical reson per mesage they charged u one rupee so i told se mam till now theu dint refund me anything so she got angry and teling we cant do anything from hear. so i tlod morning he told me somthing and yur teling me some thing so i told her transfer my cal to supervisor so she told half hour so i tlod k so past 45 minutes am waiting to talk to your airtel superisor not at all connecting . so this is the service u all provide me sir.


money matters for everyone but the way they treated me was not good i wil recharge ones again but u should treat propely to the customers this never happan to me this is the first time


so take a nesscary action against yur people in begumpet c s c secundarabad
