DEAR SIR/MADAM,



I AM SORRY TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT TODAY I.E 23/DEC/2013. I HAD TO GO TO BANGALORE AND I WAS BOOKED YOUR FLIGHT NO.6E 153.
PNR - ABE7NX , SEAT # 2C , SEQ # 054


Your ground staff was very rude; they harassed me and also misbehaved at the airport boarding counter .
This was a really terrible and horrifying experience for me.

You are requested to kindly give me an appointment to meet your authorised person at the AHMEDABAD airport so that i can personally explain my
complaint against the airlines grounf staff as i am travelling to Ahmedabad on details given below.
so i request you to give me some time to explain in any of the both dates.

This is to inform you and very thankfull for your reply to my complaint,

Today Mr, DHAVAL had called up and we have related all our query to him and he said the Desk Manager will contact us as soon as possible.

I even like to tell you that Mr Dhaval who really very politely listened to me understood my query.
