Dear Sir/Madam

I am regular traveller from Panvel to kurla in 1st class coach of harbour line Mumbai local, and in a 1st class coach I have daily observed 25 to 30% passenger are not having 1st class ticket and still they are travelling in 1st class coach . Already there is a lot of crowd in 1st class I have barrow 1st class pass for having peaceful journey with less trouble in travelling and people who doesn't have ticket creating nuisance in a coach. If somebody ask to show for their ticket they start shouting and fighting. And In the coach or on a platform near 1st class coach I never see any TC who check the ticket. So please do needful especially in morning and evening period in Mumbai harbour line local train

To whomsoever it may concern,

I am a regular traveller from Panvel to CST (harbour line) in 1st clss. It has been observed that atleast twice in a month the seats are dirty. There are alcohol bottles left, shit, vomit, etc.. Its really upsetting for the people..
Firstly there are only 14-15 seats in the compartment..In that too if such things are observed then its really depressing.

Kindly keep a watch on the same..
