I have purchased k1212, last month and the charger is showing bad connection of charger and even the service center guy is not able to solve my problem? Can you replace my handset immediately?

Job sheet no. KUASPAP30R1209,dated 25/09/2010.
THE ASP has taken for servicing the mobile which gives a problem "BAD CONNECTOR OF CHARGER" and the ASP says that it can not be serviced here , and he has sent the compliant to Bangalore office, for which they say that the mobile is not purchased with them.
Can any one respond to solve my problem?
