my brother krishnkant buy karbonnmobile-k451 on20/09/2009from taran enterprises,near saharbank ganj basoda m.p.-464221. imei3524********302 and3524********907 dualsim.handsat not working properlyand automaticaly shut down. after comp. taran enterprises receved handsat andgive recept.on19/07/2010.after repeted contects handsat still not deleverd to my brother mr.krisnakant and today above seller sayes company yet not return handsat. he is not ansering satisfactory and properly.please, file com.angaist both com. and sealler.for delevering new sat and punishing them.

Complainant's Goal: new handsat and componsation and also punishing both them
