J Textile - I am not happy from PNB service

Dear Sir,
I am operating my bank account with Punjab national bank. I deposited the cheque of walabgarh branch in Delhi but same was refused to accept and reason stated was that cheque belongs to other state neither the drawer or drawee seal belongs to this branch.
Please advice me when all branches are CBS than why my cheque was refused to accept.
Looking for early redressal.
