Flipkart Internet Private Limited - I am not being refunded by FlipKart for cancellation of an order.

I have Ordered for Nokia Lumia 520 Mobile on Flipkart on 5/3/14. I have not received it till 12/3/14, and when verified, i was told by the customer support person that the shipment is missing. Hearing to this I was forced to cancel the order on 12/3/14. Till date (25/4/14) they have not processed the refund back to my Credit Card. When Complained about the same back to customer Service on 22/4/14, they requested for 24-48 Hrs to clear the refund. till 24th, they have not processed and post that they have taken 24 Hrs time twice. They are not confirming on the processing of Refund even today. They need some confirmation from the courier company about the delivery status after 45 days today. There is no proper response from any of the means of contact Customer Service/Face Book/Mails.

Complainant's Goal: Getting the money back with interest @ 3.65% Per month from 5/3/14 to till date.
