I RECHARGED MY NO ********70 ON 14TH JAN WITH RS 149 DATA PLAN ITS VALID FOR 56DAYS AND FREE DATA IS 4GB BUT I USED ONLY 1.16GB BUT ON 8TH FEB THEY ACTIVATED A 5RS PACK ON MY NO WITHOUT ANY REQUEST FROM ME AND CANCELLED EXISTING DATA PLAN BALANCE I CONTACTED THEM BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY WONT CREDIT MY BALANCE BACK PLEASE HELP ME I AM WELL EDUCATED AND I AM NOT A FOOL TO ACTIVATE 50MB PACK WHEN I HAVE NEARLY 3GB BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT PLEASE CONSIDER THE LOGIC BEHIND THIS FAULT...............PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL ASAP
