On 8 NOV, I had performed 4th servicing of our vehicle at mechmen motors, bhopal. I was sharing the problem of highly noising under front two doors & dashboard with customer care & mechanic on the time of filling a jobcard.
Unfortunately, your service has not performed well.I am disappointed when i was calling service manager No.0********40 & he was agreed to me to resolve the problem with in a week but after the 15days no one can response, your service was not performed correctly.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

I support this complaint. it's true delhi tata showrooms are also like that. poor service. even for a minor problems they asked to left our vehicle in their work shop for 4 to five days. and after 5 days the problem is not solved. or again they they give foolish reason. they try to charge us for they parts in under guarntee. shrikant kaushal south delhi.
